Sabbath and sabbatic practices refer to the various rhythms that God has hard-wired into his creation in order to build and sustain spiritual, emotional, mental, physical, and communal health. Reception of these sabbatic rhythms creates space through which all who are weary and burdened can come to Jesus and find the precious rest for our souls he offers through the Holy Spirit. Waters of Rest offers resources to start you on your journey to a more sustainable and joy-filled christian life through the practice of sabbatic rhythms.

To keep a Sabbath is to give time and space on our calendar to the grace of God.
